      1) What is the nature and description of the request?
The customer is requesting an enhancement to the Ansible Automation Platform operator on OpenShift to automate the management of the aap_operator_service_account token. Currently, the operator does not automatically generate or manage the token needed for this user. Instead, manual steps are required, such as changing the password, generating the token, and creating a secret containing the token. Additionally, the generated token has a fixed expiration period, necessitating periodic manual intervention. The requested feature would enable the operator to automatically create and manage the token without requiring manual actions and allow the token to either not expire or have a configurable validity period.

      2) Why does the customer need this? (Business requirements)
This enhancement is essential to improve operational efficiency and ensure reliable functioning of the AAP operator. Manual token management introduces unnecessary complexity, increases the risk of human error, and disrupts automation workflows. If the token expires and the operator stops functioning, it can lead to production issues requiring immediate manual intervention. Automating token creation and management would eliminate these risks and streamline the deployment and operation of the Ansible Automation Platform, ensuring consistent and secure operations without interruptions.
