What is the nature and description of the request?

Customer is making use of the `infra.osbuild` collection to build images using Ansible. Currently the collection does not support building OVA images. Below are the formats that image-builder and `infra.osbuild` are able to build.

• Re-open https://github.com/redhat-cop/infra.osbuild/pull/435 and have it merged

List any affected known dependencies: Doc, UI etc..
