1. What is the nature and description of the request?

If a customer refers to the same system/node by its short name, its fully qualified domain name, or a CNAME, this will count as 3 different nodes being automated against when it's, in reality, only one node.  

The request here is to improve the accuracy of how nodes are being counted, as explained below under 'how would you like to achieve this'.

Improved node count, reduces duplication, easier to follow and monitor the subscription usage.

By using variables from 'fact caching,' we can validate if a system with the same FQDN is already in an inventory or check for the UUID.
