1. What is the nature and description of the request?

We have the option to download the Job stdout from the API, the customer would like to have the ability to click on a button and open the job stdout from the API instead of download it.

• Customer need to open the job stdout, and today they need to copy the link, and remove the `?format=txt_download`option.
