1. What is the nature and description of the request?

Replace the huge Quick Starts section in overview page with a card advertising them and linking to the Quick Starts section. Quick Starts should appear as a side navigation item

Currently quick starts take up a lot of space on the overview page. The best solution would be to just advertise it as a single card and redirect the user from the card to it's own area on the side navigation.

Create a Quick Starts section on the side navigation and house all the quick starts there.
