Currently, if the `awx-manage gather_analitycs` fails to upload the tarball files to the console.rehat.com customer does not receive any notification.

Would be good to have a notification via email/job execution/activity stream if the AAP fails to push the data to console.redhat.com due to any issue, permission, invalid username...
