      1. What is the nature and description of the request?

Currently, for jobs that fail, it is possible to relaunch them on all hosts or only on the failed ones. It would be useful to have a third option: relaunch on failed but reachable hosts.

      2. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customers may have large inventories that take a long time to synchronize. Due to project lifecycle management or energy-saving measures, some hosts may be shut down permanently or temporarily.

Since inventory synchronization from sources can be time-consuming, it is sometimes done only on a daily basis. This can result in jobs failing due to unreachable hosts, even though there may be other errors unrelated to the host's availability. In such situations, we might want to relaunch the job, but only on hosts that were reachable.

      3. How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)

Add a new option in relaunch feature.
