[RFE] Add custom oauth2 authentication option

      1. What is the nature and description of the request? 
        Currently there is only a way to configure Google oauth2 authentication. This RFE is for adding a new "Custom OAuth2" option.
      1. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here) 
        In the event a customer has their own method of oauth authentication that requires additional config not available in the Google OAuth2 settings, this RFE would allow them to use their oauth method.
      1. How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here) 
        By having an additional "Custom" option (for example) along with the existing Google OAuth2 option in Settings > Authentication.
      1. List any affected known dependencies: Doc, UI etc..
