Normal user is unable to change its own password when 'MANAGE_ORGANIZATION_AUTH' (Organization Admins Can Manage Users and Teams) is set to false.

Cu want that the users should be able to self change the password of their own accounts. They don't want admin users to manage this account and want that the normal user should be able to manage its own account passwords.
