Problem Description:

In general, user will create/test job templates in DEV controller environment. Upon successful testing, they will create same template in PROD controller environment.
If we have feature like Job Template Export/Import option in Controller UI, it will be useful for users to promote a template from DEV to PROD which will avoid human errors and saves time.
