• Inventory Admin

However, to enable users to run job templates without providing them with admin privileges over Inventory and Project resources, they can be assigned the following roles:

• Job Template Admin
• Inventory Use
• Project Use

Proposal: To streamline this process and enhance security by minimizing admin access, I propose introducing the "Inventory Use" and "Project Use" roles at the organization level. This change would allow end users to run job templates without requiring full administrative access to the Inventory and Project resources.

• Simplified Access Management: Provides a clearer and more straightforward way to assign necessary permissions to users.
