As of now Red Hat Support cannot assist with the suggestion quality reports. Content quality issues are routed to IBM for resolution.

Account admins should (also) receive those feedback that users sent using VSCode directly.

This request came from the days when we used to have org admin setting up the Lightspeed access and permissions. I will discuss this with the customer and get more clarifications on this.

As per the customer, a separate role can be created to receive feedback. They are also ok with all the users having access to Lightspeed to receive this feedback. This group of IBM CIO team wants to sit with the designers and developers and give feedback to Lightspeed.
