Problem Description:

When I select a role to apply for a user, I do not see read or view permissions. Is this expected? For example, I tried to add a role, selected resource type "Project", selected Project from the list , on a next page "select role to apply", I can only see "Project Admin" role. Tested with local non-admin user as well as LDAP user

User Story

As an admin user, I want to have more options of object-level roles out of the box (not just Object Admin roles) and be able to assign them to users/teams.
