1. What is the nature and description of the request?

No built-in role that gives teams/users ability to view credential types and create credentials. If you don't have permission to view credential types, you can't create an Ansible Automation Platform credential and then you can't continue on "happy path" simple use case of an activation running against controller. So to be able to give a team/user ability to create credentials using built in credential types, you have to create a new custom role and assign it to the team. Admins should have a built in role that allows them to give users ability to create credentials and view default credential types
