1. What is the nature and description of the request?

With a unified UI you are basically configuring an authentication to yourself. Creating a token to authenticate to another component can confuse our users. Since this is done by user it should be just granting permission to users and automatically create the token/auth since its all "one platform". From a new user perspective EDA and AAP are the "same thing". In fact, the top banner says Ansible Automation Platform and its confusing to tell which component context you are even in.
