What is the nature and description of the request?
When managing columns and you change the type of Table to description, the fields of the type description level view lose it's relevant fields (attached screenshot)
When viewing users, the type of each field is not shown, simply showing the field content, and the user is unsure the type of field they are viewing.
to for example: First Name: xxxx, Last name: xxx, Date created: xx, Date modified: xxx

Add fields when a table type is Description when managing columns.
List any affected known dependencies: Doc, UI etc..
