Modify the timesync role template to configure /etc/sysconfig/chronyd
The current template does not support it:

They want to configure CIS values in /etc/sysconfig/chronyd
"The /etc/sysconfig/chronyd file is being reset and I need it to either be left alone, or have the option of adding configuration back to that file."
"The /etc/sysconfig/chronyd file gets cleared and no OPTIONS get set"

Update the template to support variables
