1) What is the nature and description of the request?

-> For large outputs, customer wants the AAP controller to support downloading the stdout as a zip file to be more efficient in terms of both network and space requirements. Currently, the only supported download options are txt_download and ansi_download. We need a zip_download format.

2) Why does the customer need this?

-> The customer wants to quickly retrieve the full output of a job.
