One of our customers has a very strong use case to utilize Automation Analytics(AA). The customer wants to make sure that IP's and hostnames are not passed.
Because, when the customer looked at Automation Analytics it seemed promising as there seemed no requirement for that data, but when ran 'awx-manage gather_analytics --dry-run', found it was riddled with actual hostnames.
When using custom scripts, it is not expected to attempt to gain the same information provided by default. By omitting this feature limiting both the customer organization and from fully showing the power of Ansible Automation Platform; as can't display its monetary value in clear and concise format due to Cyber concerns.
