What is the nature and description of the request?

When performing a migration from a VM-based installation of PAH to an OCP-based installation of PAH the database is migrated but /var/lib/pulp is not taken into account. This can leave the migrated PAH in an undesirable state. This can cause issues with information that is not easily retrievable like custom collections uploaded to the published repo where they were expected to be stored there instead of on a filesystem.

Not sure if SSH credentials could be supplied or some other method. At the very least maybe the tables containing collection/EE information could be dropped so that it doesn't expect this information on the filesystem. Then a manual transfer could take place.
