[RFE] Support for DataDog as an external logger

      1. What is the nature and description of the request? 
        Currently DataDog is only supported using the "Other" external logger type and requires some configuration in rsyslog.conf. This RFE is to add DataDog as a drop-down option to hopefully make it easier to use DataDog as an external logger option.
      1. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here) 
        To make configuring DataDog as an external logger easier.
      1. How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here) 
        Add DataDog as an option in the external loggers drop-down.
      1. List any affected known dependencies: Doc, UI etc..
