1. What is the nature and description of the request?

Customer opened a support case stating:

"Since windows.win_hotfix was removed from ansible-engine/ansible-core we've had to find alternatives to replace this. Since we are a government agency we cannot use an unapproved collection from the communality. The collection must be certified from Redhat as safe for use."

We explained to the customer that this was never a supported collection and they should continue to use the 'community.windows' collection just the same way as before and that it is now not included by default with ansible-core, however customer is requesting RFE to include this collection with Red Hat's supported.

Specifically customer is asking for community.windows.win_hotfix module however this RFE covers entire community.windows collection.

I received guidance from Engineering to open RFE and have an official stand on this matter.

Include this collection with Red Hat's supported.
