What is the nature and description of the request?

Ansible Analytics receives a fast amount of data from the platform when connected.

This data can drive many different uses for notifications as follows

1. As a AA user I wish to be notified when my cluster goes offline
2. As a AA user I wish to be notified when my cluster is at capacity
3. As a AA user I wish to be notified when my cluster fails to send data to crc
4. As a AA user I wish to be notified if the job count for an organisation drops below a number
5. As a AA user I wish to be notified if more than x failures happen in a job run
6. As a AA user I wish to be notified if a job fails to execute
7. As a AA user I wish to notify my peers of the successes in a job run

and so on....

Console.redhat.com has a notification service in the core platform, we would like for AA to be listed in crc notifications. Users will be able to create notifications for the above samples to either send an email, create a webhook etc...

With a webhook offering we can use EDA to kick of further automation upon an AA event such as, if the jobs fail to run, failover the infrastructure to hot standby
