1. What is the nature and description of the request?

• One of my customer needed to configure AAP GUI with notification template such that any changes made to Administration and Settings configuration can be notified. 
  The existing doc refers to success and failures of the jobs and can be customized for various job events, but not for any UI level changes made.

• To track and monitor all the changes made by any user.
