Many of our customers choose to employ an external PostgreSQL database solution for their AAP deployments when using the AAP Operator.  These DB deployments often include backup and replication capabilities, therefore it may not be necessary to perform a database backup, and has the potential to be destructive when restoring from an AutomationControllerBackup or AutomationHubBackup instance via the AAP Operator.

Adding an option to disable the applicable database backup can alleviate this issue for our customers and provide a supportable DR and backup/recovery capability to our customers which choose to employ external databases with appropriate data protection capabilities.
