Require 'Update Revision on Launch' option for Event-Driven Ansible controller.

Use-Case

In version 2.4, every time we update the rulebook in git repo, we need to sync the project manually in EDA controller and restart the Rulebook Activations to adopt the new change.
'Update Revision on Launch' option is required to update the revision of the project prior to restart a Rulebook Activations.
