Users should be able to select from a predefined list of “allowed branches” to synchronize the project.

Updating projects to use a different branch through a workflow template in which users could select one of the predefined branches, is rather inconvenient for the users as they frequently switch branches.

2. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

To enforce the “prod” branches, the customer uses the following approach:

• Users cannot directly create projects. The projects are created through a workflow template
• The workflow template is setting the branch of the project to "prod"
• The workflow template is unsetting the flag "Allow Branch Override"

This, however, limits the project to a single branch. Users should be able to select from a predefined list of “allowed branches” to synchronize the project.
