What is the nature and description of the request?
The client would like a Red Hat certified collection of Ansible roles and playbooks to manage Quay and it's resources.
The following Quay collection was created by a RH consultant and would fulfill our requirements if it was certified and supported by Red Hat:

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
The VA has a need to be able to manage Quay and its resources with Ansible.
Currently, there is no supported Ansible content for this Red Hat product, only community modules.
How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
