I am proposing that we add the RHEL System Roles to ee-Supported execution environment

Why?

RHEL is our operating system and we should support it.

RHEL-Ansible, the ansible that is in every single RHEL install does not currently use EEs due to many factors one of which its not supported in the base EE from ansible.

C.r.c has many features that use Ansible within RHEL, their current methods for transporting and running playbooks is not how the Ansible BU would have liked, not supporting their base requirements in our own EE is part of this problem.
