What is the nature and description of the request?

Currently the Source Variables of a constructed inventory are statically defined in the creation of the inventory itself.

Allowing to import the data for the field from a project would allow versioning of the information.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

It would be better to be able to define those Source Variables from a Git-sourced content (such as a Project) in order to version the content more easily.
