What is the nature and description of the request?

In AAP it is possible to grant a team/user the role "Credential Admin". Similarly, it should be possible to grant a team/user the role "Credential Use", which would give access to the user/team for all credentials in the respective organization. With the given Credentials permissions it is either possible to administrate credentials for users, which violate the security policies, or not have access to the credentials which blocks the user in daily work

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
The customer is highly segregated in different organizations and teams. Often times it is required to create a new credential for all of the users and teams of an Organization. Right now, this involves assigning permissions to use the newly credential to all users and teams of the Organization manually.

This is very time consuming and ineffective. Adding a "Credential Use" role to an Organization for all existing and future credentials is a much more convenient and effective way which would benefit the operations teams greatly.

How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
Introduce a new role "Credential Use" which permits all users and teams of an Organization to all existing and future credentials assigned to an Organization.
