1. What is the nature and description of the request?
   Couple of strategic TAM customers in Australia have requested more granularity in the existing AAP subscription reporting. As part of this RFE, they are specifically requesting the following AAP reporting enhancements:

-> Report subscription usage costs based on actual contract figure.
-> Accurate reporting on current, past, and projected future subscription usage.
-> Reports on poor subscription usage practices
-> Proactive notifications on subscription usage thresholds and trends

1. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
   Currently, multiple challenges are being encountered by the customer with the subscription management features in AAP and they are critically impacting their business operation.

   Yes, this request is being raised with the consent from the Sales Team (Account Exec, ASA and SSP)
