What is the nature and description of the request?
-> When the Admin user turned on the new Technical Preview UI it turned it on globally for all users. Once a user logged in they could also turn it off which turned it off globally .The better implementation would be to allow individuals to change only their view so that it doesn't affect other users of AAP. Steps to Reproduce:
1) Login to Admin on Controller > Settings > Miscellaneous System Settings > Edit > Enable Preview of New User Interface > Red Hat Ansible Automation Logo > Click on Blue Banner > Presented new UI > Logout
2) Login to User on Controller > UI is new UI > Click on Blue Banner > Reverts to old UI > Logout.
3) Login to Admin on Controller > Old UI.

-> Customer mentioned that this will allow individuals to change only their view so that it doesn't affect other users of AAP.
How would you like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
-> Customer prefer if it was enabled and disabled per user.
