Container repository sync provides no user feedback

When I go to the container repository detail view and click "sync" from the dropdown in the header, the UI gives me no indication that anything has happened.

Steps to reproduce:

• create a remote execution environment
• go to the execution environment detail page for the new image
• open the kebab in the header and click "Sync from registry"
  • nothing happens

Clicking this button should notify the user that a task has been launched (see the attached photo for an example from the registries page).
