With the release of Automation Platform 2.1 coming in the fall, ansible-core 2.12 will become a supported version in the platform so we will need to update the importer to use the latest version. 

With this comes the need to upgrade python in the environment as well to 3.8 as core 2.12 has a hard requirement on python 3.8.
