Change title styling to standard (bigger and medium weight). See Namespace create modal for reference.

Modal component in /ansible-hub-ui/src/components/group-management/group-modal.tsx uses header instead of title. Variant should be medium instead of small. See /ansible-hub-ui/src/components/namespace-modal/namespace-modal.tsx for reference.

Go to Groups -> click Create button
