Update UI for namespace permissions to use new endpoints

      Setting permissions for namespaces will be changing with the API update. Permissions will be set by calling a put and delete on a `namepsaces/

      {name}/groups/` instead of a PUT request to `namespace/{name}

      `. This will make setting permissions more reliable and less error prone.
