go from using `/apps/automation-hub/js/App.js` to `/apps/automation-hub/js/App-123456789abcdef.js`, to ensure users get to see an updated version after update, instead of seeing their cached old version

(the same for all files expect for index.html, and possibly except images if that turns out to be a too big change)
(also make sure standalone prod builds do the same thing)

How to check:

Open Inspect in your browser.

Go to Application tab.

Under Frames open Scripts.

Look for one named App[hash].js (see attachment for wrong version).
