Collections with empty contents break collection detail view

      Causes an erroneous 404 message and redirect

      Seems to be caused by an empty contents array from collections that don't have any listed contents.

       

      Reproduce:

      Sync amazon.aws from community, try to view it on your local on-prem instance.
