      Pin 'click' versions to 7.1.2 until 'rq' works with 'click>=8.0.0'

       

      Galaxy_ng via pulp_ansible via pulpcore through which it imports rq.cli for configuring rq tasks.  The 'rq' API has changed so that rq.cli fails to import. 

       

      This is due to API changes in 'click' between 7.1.2 and 8.0.0
