      Since we are no longer going to deliver collection sync for 4.3, we need to add instructions detailing how to add the base images for the automation platform to the automation hub registry.

      To accomplish this, we'll use an empty state with links to product documentation: https://marvelapp.com/prototype/27ee1cd6/screen/76537682

            znemecko The URL looks wrong, aside from it not being available yet. The schema is repeated in the URL, so it tries to navigate to "https://https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_ansible_automation_platform/2.0/html/managing_containers_in_private_automation_hub/index"
