Any Canceled sync continues to stay in the Canceled state even after pressing the Sync button

      Sometimes the collection sync is stuck in Running forever and never changing state. We have to cancel the sync manually by patching the state to Canceled for the running sync. The sync gets into Canceled state but now performing a re-sync by clicking on Sync the state continues to be in Canceled.
