We still use pulp’s travis CI templates which are no longer maintained:

• Work with Fabricio to turn on GH Action templates, and ensure things run as expected
• Work to keep galaxy_ng non-pulp-template CI operational (i.e. that which may be called from travis pulp template code) - Note AAH-515 is for moving these bits to GH Actions

Note - AAH-516 is for refactoring the CI for better galaxy_ng and pulp_ansible interaction
