      Add the contents of CollectionVersion.requires_ansible to the _ui api CollectionVersionBaseSerializer

      The v3 Collection Version endpoint currently has requires_ansible /api/automation-hub/v3/collections/<namespace>/<collection>/versions/<#.#.#>/
