Move edit button to body. Edit button is currently in the header but the user isn't able to edit everything underneath, only the permissions tab. Clicking on the users tab exits out of edit mode but edit mode will persist in the permissions tab until the user goes back and either hit save or cancel.
Groups dropdown should be in alphabetical order (add / change / delete / view)
