User detail page:

- Use plain text styling (remove gray blocks behind input text) unless in edit mode

- Move edit/delete buttons to header

- Reorder info to match table column order (see attachments for orders)

Password confirmation field should be mandatory (fixed in https://github.com/ansible/ansible-hub-ui/pull/314)
