After merging https://github.com/ansible/galaxy_ng/pull/644 and other changes related to the build process, it would be useful to use the same approach to revving version numbers as the pulp tooling (bump2version).

bump2version is a tool for incrementing version numbers and updating all the places that reference them and commiting the changes to git.
