Problem Description:

Not all content has synced, some repos are missing the latest 3 months of update.

Infra.leapp unable to sync due to pulp-worker OOM
infra.lvm_snapshots successfully syncs manually, but probably failed when synced with some other failure (like above OOM)

• Apply labels "crc-automation-hub" and/or "private-automation-hub" to indicate if the issue is for Cloud Automation Hub, Private Automation Hub, or both
