      Currently Galaxy Beta is using OpenShift Job to run django command "analytics-export-s3"

      This: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/AA-1757
      changes the name of django command to "metrics-collection-lightspeed", the OpenShift Job has to be updated accordingly after deployment of this PR
