The old rating from legacy galaxy should show up for content in beta galaxy, with a ? that when you hover over it says “this is the rating from legacy-galaxy.ansible.com. We are working on redoing the rating for the new version of galaxy. Please join the discussion on this feature HERE.

We can store this in the filesystem as just a hard-coded data item on the content pages. Does not need to be a sortable/filterable thing for the MVP
